Short-Term Daytime Sitter Needed (March 30–April 6) for 2-Year-Old (Denver, CO) We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and engaging daytime sitter to care for our 2-year-old daughter in our Denver home for one week—March 30–April 6, Monday–Friday from 9:15 AM–3:00 PM—while our full-time nanny is away. We’re hoping to find someone who can step in seamlessly and provide loving, consistent care; the right fit is energetic, dependable, and genuinely enjoys being active and hands-on with young kids. We also have a very gentle, independent 12-year-old dog, Jack—no care needed, but he’ll be around and likes to hang nearby during the day. We’re looking for someone who will lean into getting outside (walks, park time, fresh air), doing arts and crafts, and creating fun, engaging days. We live in a great, walkable neighborhood with access to multiple parks, so someone who enjoys getting out and about is a must. The role also includes preparing simple meals/snacks, keeping the kids on their routine (including naps), and helping with light tidying during downtime. Our 4-year-old son will also be home April 2 (half day), April 3, and April 6 (no school), so comfort managing both children on those days is important. Both of us work from home but will be unavailable during the day, so reliability and independence are especially important to us.
