About this babysitting job

Looking for two energetic, experienced helpers to run activities at a 4-year-old's birthday party in Manhattan (10018) on 4/26. This is not a babysitting job. You will be running structured activities for 20 kids age ~4, in defined roles. All planning is done. You will receive a detailed minute-by-minute schedule and prop checklist in advance so you know exactly what to expect. Activities include: - Cardboard house decorating station - Slime station - Jumping and movement games with music - Bubble machine and free play Roles: 1. Group Leader: runs movement games, directs transitions, keeps the group engaged 2. Station Manager: oversees craft and slime stations, rotates small groups, supports kids who need extra guidance We are looking for candidates with experience managing large groups of young children, such as daycare workers, preschool teachers, camp counselors, or similar backgrounds. Comfort with structured activity leadership is a must.
