About this babysitting job

Hi there! Two dads here with a wonderful 5-year-old son who keeps us laughing and going every day. We're looking for someone to join us for occasional childcare, and we'd love to find a sitter who's comfortable with our family dynamic and excited to dive into the world of dinosaurs, dragons, and monster trucks! About Us We're an LGBTQ family—our son has two dads, and we're proud of that. We believe in love, kindness, and creating a home where everyone feels welcome. We're not religious ourselves, but we respect that people come from all walks of life. What matters to us is that caregiving stays focused on the kids, not personal beliefs. We're looking for someone who genuinely embraces families like ours and sees our family structure as just... normal. (Because it is!) Our Little One He's super talkative and curious—expect a steady stream of questions like "Can dragons beat dinosaurs?" or "What happens if you mix these two things together?" He's also high-energy and loves to keep moving. Playtime Favorites: - Dinosaurs, dragons, cars, and monster trucks (yes, all of them!) - Drawing, art, crafts, and stenciling - Building epic obstacle courses and burning off that energy What We're Looking For Someone patient, playful, and engaging. We're looking for a sitter who genuinely respects LGBTQ families and sees them as just another kind of loving family—not a "choice" or a debate. We do want someone who's truly comfortable with our family dynamic and won't bring any judgment into our home.
