Hi [Name], I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to check your availability for babysitting on April 12th around 5:00 PM. We’ll be heading out for a magic show, and it should be finished by 10:30 PM at the latest—I’ll make sure you’re able to head home by then, or even earlier if we’re back sooner. Just a quick note— we do have three small pets (a Maltese, a Yorkie, and a Morkie), but you won’t need to take care of them at all. They’ll already be fed and typically just sleep during that time.
