About this babysitting job

Hi! I’m looking for someone reliable, patient, and trustworthy to help care for my child. I work long shifts, so consistency and good communication are really important to me. I live with family, so there may be another adult in the home at times, which will be my mother the majority of the time. I’d prefer to start with a short trial while I’m present to make sure it’s a good fit. My child is loving and energetic, so I’m looking for someone who enjoys engaging, playing, and being attentive rather than just supervising. I’m hoping to find someone I can build a comfortable, ongoing relationship with for occasional help and possibly regular hours.
