Event Babysitters (3 Needed) – Home/Studio Gathering – May 30, 12–5pm – Lincoln, MA Description: We’re hosting a professional gathering at our home/studio with approximately 9 children (ages ~3–14) and are seeking three experienced babysitters to help supervise and facilitate a safe, engaging environment. The setting includes indoor studio space and two connected lawn areas (one with a play structure). We will organize coverage zones so responsibilities are clear. Roles: Lead/Float Sitter (most experienced): Oversees flow between zones, supports other sitters, and communicates with host Zone Sitter – Indoor/Upper Lawn: Anchors drawing/chill area and nearby outdoor space Zone Sitter – Lower Lawn: Supervises playground and active outdoor play Responsibilities: Supervise children in designated areas (indoor + outdoor) Support simple activities (drawing, nature play, light building) Help manage snacks, transitions, and general safety Coordinate with other sitters to maintain consistent coverage Ideal Candidates: Experience with groups (events, camps, classrooms, or multiple children) Comfortable supervising outdoors Collaborative, attentive, and proactive Pay: $25–30/hour (5 hours total) Please indicate experience level; one sitter will be selected for lead role at higher rate Notes: Parents will be on site. This role is about structured supervision so the event can run smoothly.
