About this babysitting job

Babysitter needed for our family in Gilbert, Arizona. We are looking for a dependable, experienced, and mature babysitter for occasional date nights, some weekday or weekend evenings, quarterly weekend staycations, and occasional overnight care. We have four children in the home ranging in age from 5 to 14, with older children being more independent and the primary hands on care focused on the younger child. Our home is active, fun, and sometimes hectic, so we need someone who is calm, responsible, and comfortable managing a real family environment. Most meals are already ordered, pre cooked, or simple to prepare, so responsibilities would mainly include supervision, keeping routines on track, helping with bedtime for the younger child, and light cleanup. We also have a friendly female Goldendoodle, though the older children usually handle feeding and letting her out, so pet care is minimal. Requirements: • Dependable and punctual • Prior childcare or babysitting experience • Comfortable caring for multiple children in a lively household • Minimal phone use while supervising • No guests while babysitting • No social media use during care hours • Reliable transportation • CPR certified • First Aid certified • References preferred • Comfortable with occasional overnight care When responding, please include your age, experience, availability, references, hourly pay requirement, flat overnight rate, and weekend stay rate.
