We are looking for a reliable and caring babysitter for our daughter in Vadnais Heights. This is a part-time, on-call position. The schedule may vary, but hours will remain consistent when care is needed. Saturdays would be rare/occasional. We are hoping to find someone with experience working with children of varying needs (paraprofessional experience is a plus). Ideal candidates will: • Have their own transportation • Be non-smokers • Be comfortable with pets • Be CPR certified • Have some college education Our daughter is vibrant, kindhearted, and intelligent. We are looking for someone who will actively engage with her in one-on-one activities in her room and provide attentive, supportive care. Experience with structured routines, patience, and engagement-focused care is especially important. The babysitter will primarily use our living room and bathroom, and may use the kitchen when preparing or serving meals for our child. We ask that no outside food be brought or given to our daughter without prior approval. We also ask that phone use be limited to emergencies or communication with us during care hours.
