Compensation is structured at $23–$28 per hour for one child and $30–$33 per hour for two, with payments transitioning from cash or Venmo to a formal W2 arrangement via HomePay once/if IRS earnings thresholds are met. Responsibilities include engaging the children in sensory play, reading, and park outings, alongside managing naps, meals, and light household tasks like laundry and tidying. Candidates must be experienced with infants and preschoolers, pass a background check and I-9 verification, and ideally hold First Aid/CPR certification. There is also the potential for additional weekend date night shifts for interested applicants.
