About this babysitting job

👶 Parent Helper Needed We're looking for a warm, experienced helper to come lend a hand during our busiest part of the day while one parent is at a work event! Here's what the evening looks like: You'll arrive at 4:00 PM to care for our 5-month-old (solo time with the baby!), then help out as our husband picks up our almost-3-year-old from daycare. From there, you'll be right in the thick of the dinner-bath-bedtime rush - the most chaotic and fun part of the day with little ones. We'd wrap up around 8:00 PM once the kids are down. What we need help with: • Keeping an eye on one kiddo while the other parent tends to the other • Dinner prep and light cleanup • Supporting bath and bedtime routines • Just being an extra set of loving hands! A few things that are important to us: • Experience with infants is a must - our baby is only 5 months old • You need to be comfortable working alongside a parent (this is very much a team effort, not a solo gig!) • A calm, patient energy goes a long way in our house at this time of day 😊 This is a great fit for someone who loves babies and toddlers and doesn't mind a little organized chaos.
