About this babysitting job
We are a family looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around children and wants to build a long-term connection with our family. This is not just a one-time or short-term role we are hoping to find someone we can rely on consistently over time as our go-to nanny. Our home can be a mixed of structured and relaxed. Our older children are homeschooled, so part of the role includes helping guide simple learning activities, keeping them focused and encouraging creativity and engagement. You do not need to be a teacher just comfortable supporting basic homeschool routines. One of our children has autism Level 1 and is currently nonverbal. He is very loving but may need extra patience, understanding and a calm presence. Experience with special needs is a plus but not required if you are willing to learn and approach him with care. We also have a small dog so you must be comfortable with pets. We value someone who is dependable, communicates well and brings a calm, positive energy into our home. We want someone who feels like a natural fit with our family and who we can trust long-term.Babysitting job details
