Temporary Babysitter Needed – Chicago (West Loop]) We are looking for an experienced babysitter to care for our 9-month-old daughter at our home, starting 5/11. Schedule: Monday–Tuesday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (with possible extension through the week) About the situation: Our daughter currently has Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease — she is in good spirits, no fever, but cannot attend daycare this week. One parent will be working from home during the hours of care. This is a temporary engagement of max 1 week Responsibilities: • Full care of a 9-month-old infant • Bottle feeding and solid food meals • Diaper changes and nap routine • Age-appropriate play and stimulation • Light tidying of baby-related items Requirements: • Prior experience with infants (under 12 months) • Comfortable caring for a mildly ill child • CPR/First Aid certified (preferred) • Background check required • References from previous families required Compensation: $25–30/hour depending on experience, plus sick-child supplement To apply: Please send a short introduction, your experience with infants, references, and your availability.
