About this babysitting job

Pablo (8) and Mateo (6) are easygoing brothers who love to play and have a lot of fun together. They're at their best when they're engaged and stimulated when they're bored or under-stimulated, they default to tablets. We're fine with 1–2 hours of tablet time during the afternoon, but it's important that the sitter holds that limit and keeps them occupied with other things the rest of the time. We're looking for someone with a creative spark who can lead activities and bring some energy to the day rather than just supervise. What You'll Do Keep the boys engaged and entertained throughout the afternoon and early evening Lead a mix of activities/ideas we love: Arts & crafts Board games and puzzles Cap tablet time at 1–2 hours total Feed the boys (cook something simple at home, or order in we'll reimburse any food) Basic care: snacks, hydration,, tidying up after activities Experience sitting for elementary-age kids Has a working car (for getting to/from our home — no driving the boys required) Comfortable being the only adult in the house with two active boys Creative, engaged, and willing to lead activities rather than passively supervise Comfortable setting and holding tablet-time limits What This Job Is Not No driving the boys anywhere No outings or errands (the sitter stays at our home with the boys) Not a job for someone who'd default to screens to keep things easy
