About this babysitting job

Our full time nanny has been injured and will unexpectedly be out for about two weeks. (I couldn't figure out how to post this for two weeks, it would be Tues-Thurs this week from 8-3 and possibly into next week. We are seeking a caring and energetic individual to fill in for this short time period and possibly in the future. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, patient, and passionate about childcare, with a focus on creating a positive, supportive, joyful environment. Key Responsibilities: Care for both kids including play (indoor and outdoor), preparing meals and snacks, diapering, and naps. Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote development. Use positive reinforcement to guide behavior and encourage independence. Ensure safety and communicate with parents about daily activities and progress. Requirements: Previous childcare experience preferred Must be comfortable with a large dog (no pet care is expected but our dog will be in the house) LGBTQ friendly First Aid and CPR certification preferred
