About this babysitting job

My family is relocating from a farm in Boston to an apartment on the UES with two little kids. I am looking for help for the first few days we are there so my husband and I have an extra team member as we get settled. The kids are adorable and fun, but this is a lot of change, but we’re looking for someone who can be upbeat and entertaining and mostly hang alongside mom and dad and keep them distracted and engaged as best they can! The 18 month old is extremely physical and also quite verbal and the three-year-old talks like a grown-up! They have big imaginations and respond well to good energy. They are not hyperactive, but they are used to being outside all the time and being able to keep up with them is a must. In an ideal world we develop a relationship for a long-term sitter. The people who have helped us care for our children, have truly become like family and we were looking to develop those relationships in New York.
