Hi! I’m a single mom of three children in the Yonkers/Westchester area looking to establish a relationship with a dependable caregiver for occasional evening, late-night, and possible overnight childcare coverage. About my family: • Three children with varying ages and needs • Bedtime routines and consistency are important in our home • Reliability, communication, and punctuality are extremely important to me • Looking for someone calm, responsible, nurturing, and comfortable managing multiple children Important note: One of my children is on the autism spectrum. He is highly functional in a home setting and does very well with routine, familiarity, and patience. This role does not involve intensive medical or physical care needs. What is important: • Patience if he repeats questions more than once • Understanding that routines and patterns matter to him • Flexibility and a calm approach during occasional emotional moments • Recognizing that requests for specific snacks, items, or routines are often tied to comfort and predictability rather than being "difficult" Ideal fit: • Prior childcare experience required • Experience with children with autism or special needs is a plus • Comfortable with occasional evening/late-night hours (sometimes returning home as late as 2–3 a.m.) and possible overnight care discussed in advance • Non-smoker • CPR/First Aid certification preferred • References available This is not intended to be a one-time arrangement.
