About this babysitting job

Looking for a reliable, energetic babysitter/helper for the week of June 1–5 (ideally someone available the full week to help keep consistency/routine for the kids). Hours would approximately be 2 PM–8 PM each day. We have 3 kids, but this is not typically a “managing 3 kids at once” situation. Depending on sports, activities, and schedules, there will often be times where you are primarily with just 1–2 children. Responsibilities may include: • active engagement/play with baby & kids • diaper changes • meal/snack prep for children • homework help if needed • monitoring/limiting iPad use • helping with bath/bedtime routine when needed • cleaning up after kid-related activities/meals/toys throughout the shift • helping keep common areas reset and manageable for the family We’re looking for someone warm, dependable, proactive, organized, and comfortable in a busy household. One very important thing for me is someone who helps leave the home reasonably reset at the end of the shift — not perfect, just not leaving major messes/dishes/toys for me to walk into after a long workday. Prior childcare experience and references preferred. May have a quick FaceTime call before booking. Thanks in advance!
