About this babysitting job

We are not looking for traditional childcare. We are seeking a mature, responsible companion who can help three 15-year-old girls navigate New York City safely during a leadership and communication-focused week while I attend a nearby conference. Responsibilities would primarily include transportation assistance, accompanying them between scheduled activities, lunch outings, and providing an additional layer of supervision and support throughout the day. Ideally, this individual would enjoy working with teens and serve as more of a mentor and guide than a babysitter. A background in education, communications, leadership development, theater, psychology, or a related field would be wonderful. A college student or recent graduate studying psychology, education, communications, or a similar discipline could be an especially great fit. Looking for someone over the course of these days June 23rd - June 26th. We are in NYC for a conference.
