About this babysitting job
I am in Chicago attending a conference and am looking for a reliable, energetic, and engaging sitter to spend the day with my 7-year-old son. My son is bright, curious, and highly independent. He loves being active, enjoys outdoor activities, and is always excited to discover new places and learn new things. He is very talkative, enjoys meaningful conversations, asks thoughtful questions, and is easy to handle. He thrives when he is engaged in exploration, whether that’s visiting parks, museums, playgrounds, or other child-friendly attractions around the city. The ideal sitter is someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children, has a positive and active personality, and can keep up with an intelligent and inquisitive child. I am looking for someone who can provide attentive supervision while creating a fun, safe, and enriching day filled with activities and opportunities for discovery. Previous experience with children is preferred. Reliability, good judgment, and a warm, engaging demeanor are important. Familiarity with Chicago family-friendly attractions is a plus.
