Morning Routine Helper (Occasional/As-Needed) We're a busy family in San Francisco looking for a reliable morning helper who can support our family on an occasional basis when a parent is traveling for work or has early morning commitments. We're hoping to build a long-term relationship with one or more dependable caregivers we can call on as needed. Typical Schedule: Approximately 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM Responsibilities Include: Toddler Care (18 months old) * Get our son up for the day * Change diaper and get him dressed * Prepare and serve milk and breakfast * Pack his daycare bag and help get him ready to leave for daycare * Play with him until his dad brings him to daycare School-Age Child Support * Help ensure our daughters are awake, dressed, and preparing for school * Assist with breakfast as needed * Occasionally prepare a simple school lunch * Provide general morning guidance and support to help keep everyone on schedule School Drop-Off * Drive our daughter to school, approximately 10 minutes from our home, with arrival by 9:00 AM * A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle are preferred * If driving is not an option, accompanying her in an Uber is acceptable We're Looking For Someone Who Is: * Dependable, punctual, and proactive * Comfortable caring for toddlers and school-age children * Organized and able to manage a morning routine independently * Interested in building an ongoing relationship with our family for recurring support needs This is not a regular daily position, but rather an as-needed role that may arise periodically throughout the year.
