About this babysitting job

We’re looking for an experienced, nurturing sitter for 3 days of childcare — Monday July 27 through Wednesday July 29 — in our home in the Evergreen neighborhood of San Jose. 📅 Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day 👶 Kids: 18-month-old and 4.5-year-old (girl, starting TK in August) We need someone who is comfortable and confident caring for both a toddler and a preschooler at the same time. Our 18-month-old is at a busy, curious stage and needs attentive supervision. Our 4.5-year-old loves imaginative play, crafts, books, and being outside. What a great day looks like: • Safe, engaged care — age-appropriate activities for both kids • A reliable nap/quiet time routine for the toddler (~12–2pm) • Light snack/lunch prep (we’ll have everything stocked) • Outdoor time if weather allows • Calm, consistent energy — both kids do best with a warm, structured presence We’re a busy household and really appreciate sitters who are proactive, communicative, and genuinely enjoy spending time with little ones at these ages. What we’re looking for: ✔ Experience with infants/toddlers (18 months is a big energy age!) ✔ Comfortable managing two kids simultaneously ✔ CPR/First Aid certified (preferred) ✔ References available ✔ Reliable transportation This is a 3-day booking — ideally the same sitter all three days for consistency.
