About this babysitting job
We're looking for an upbeat, chatty nanny for our 7-year-old son, who is on the mild autism spectrum. One of us [Mom/Dad] will be home during this time. It’d be great if he can spend time outside. He has OT class in Burlingame 3-4pm so you need to drive him there. He's curious, loves talking about his interests. Current favorite is hiking. We need someone who can: Engage with him through conversation and shared interests Balance time between indoor creativity and outdoor fun Guide him positively during occasional challenging behaviors Work collaboratively with us to maintain consistency and safetyBabysitting job details
