About this babysitting job

We are looking for someone reliable to meet and escort our 14-year-old son, Ezra, at Boston South Station on Wednesday, June 24. Ezra is responsible, independent, and has traveled before. This is primarily a meet-and-escort job, not traditional babysitting. Ezra will be arriving by Amtrak Acela from Philadelphia. His train is scheduled to arrive at Boston South Station at 1:56pm. We would need you to arrive at South Station by about 1:30pm, check in with Amtrak station personnel as the adult meeting him, and present valid photo ID as required by Amtrak’s unaccompanied-minor process. I will provide the relevant details in advance and will be available by phone the entire time. After meeting Ezra, you would walk with him through South Station to the Dartmouth Coach area. The plan is for him to take the 3:30pm Dartmouth Coach bus toward New Hampshire for camp. His Dartmouth Coach ticket will need to be purchased at the station, since tickets for unaccompanied minors cannot be purchased online. You would help with the ticket purchase, assist with the unaccompanied-minor paperwork/drop-off process, and stay with him until he boards the bus. Ezra will have luggage with him, but he is strong, capable, and able to manage his own bags. This is a daytime, indoor, public-setting job at South Station. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable navigating the station. Expected time: approximately 1:30pm–3:45pm.
