Seeking an Experienced Nanny with a Teaching Background for Our Toddler We are looking for a loving, patient, and dependable nanny who believes in providing both structure and warmth. Our ideal candidate has a background in teaching, early childhood education, or child development and understands the importance of consistency, boundaries, and emotional regulation. We’re looking for someone who: • Provides clear direction and age-appropriate expectations • Maintains consistent routines and boundaries with kindness • Does not simply give in to tantrums or let a toddler do whatever they want • Helps guide and teach appropriate behavior with patience and love • Supports emotional development by listening, validating feelings, and helping our child work through big emotions • Remains calm and patient during challenging moments, allowing space for our child to regulate and calm down • Creates engaging learning opportunities through play, reading, and daily activities We value a caregiver who can balance firmness with compassion someone who can lovingly guide our child while fostering independence, confidence, respect, and emotional resilience. We are looking for someone who can commit Saturdays/weekends
