About this babysitting job
We're a San Diego family looking for a reliable, long-term babysitter for our two daughters: Matilda (15 months) and Agatha (4 years old). **Schedule:** Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM **Rate:** $22/hour **Start:** As soon as the right fit is found We have an established routine and are looking for someone who will grow with our family. Our previous sitters have been wonderful - we're simply looking for the right long-term match. **About our girls:** Matilda is an active, curious 15-month-old who loves exploring. Agatha is a brilliant, creative 4-year-old who loves books, puzzles, and imaginative play. She expresses herself in unique ways, including through an AAC device. We're continuing potty training with Agatha, so patience and encouragement are appreciated. **What we're looking for:** - Experience with toddlers and preschoolers - Comfort with children who communicate differently - Reliable, punctual, and communicative - Screen-free, hands-on play focus - Comfortable with pets (we have two friendly pugs) **Bonus:** - Experience with AAC devices or special needs - CPR/First Aid certified - Spanish speaking References and background check required. *One parent works a 9/80Babysitting job details
