About this babysitting job

Hello! This momma is looking for a break to go celebrate my birthday! Smoke-free and pet-free home. The teenager (boy) will be easy-peasy. Probably will hardly see him. 9 (boy) and 7 (girl) year-olds are super bonded. Sometimes they get at each other and need to take a break (we have an apartment with enough space for that) but generally really close and both pretty excellent with baby sister. Baby is not used to being separated from me. Not totally sure how that will go, but being distracted by siblings, games, bottle, she'll likely get over it quickly. Her general temperament and disposition are RIDICULOUSLY happy and friendly. I lucked out on this one! No bedtime, medication, cleaning to deal with. I'll make sure there are some good food choices handy (you'd be welcome to have some too) and they have plenty to entertain themselves. I will also prepare them with ideas for helping if baby sister is upset when I leave. I will be available by phone and will leave contacts, emergency info, etc. Only bummer about our apartments is the lack of guest parking and since I don't own a car I don't get a space (stupid.) The surrounding area is iffy for parking. We are right on the number 9 and 73 lines, or I'd recommend getting a ride. I haven't arranged childcare to go somewhere in 2+years so forgive me if I've missed something. Looking for someone comfortable caring for children of color and working in a home with decor expressing left-wing beliefs. I think that's all. Thanks!
