My baby girl is 3months old and I'm looking for a nanny with a heart for babies. My baby is not fussy at all. As long as she is clean and fed you can go about your day. I do need someone who is observant and able to notice any changes should there be any. I'm not rigid about tidying up. If you get to it that's fine if not that's fine too.
