About this babysitting job

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced babysitter to help look after our two wonderful children from 19 August to 30 August, working daily from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Our family includes a three-year-old boy and a three-month-old baby girl. The role will involve providing attentive, loving care to both children throughout the day, ensuring they are safe, happy, and well looked after. The ideal candidate should have experience caring for both toddlers and young infants and be confident managing their different routines and needs. Our three-year-old is active, curious, and enjoys playing, reading books, and spending time outdoors. We are looking for someone who can engage him with age-appropriate activities, encourage learning through play, prepare simple meals and snacks, and maintain a structured but enjoyable daily routine. Our baby girl is three months old and requires gentle, attentive care, including feeding, changing, soothing, and following her sleep schedule. Previous experience with young babies is highly desirable, and we are looking for someone who is calm, patient, and comfortable caring for an infant. We are seeking someone who is highly responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and genuinely enjoys working with children. Safety is our highest priority, so we would like someone who is attentive, organised, and able to remain calm in any situation. A warm, positive personality and excellent communication skills are important, as we value someone who can become a trusted part of our family’s daily routine during this period. The position includes supervising playtime, preparing children’s meals, maintaining good hygiene, changing nappies, helping with naps, keeping children’s areas tidy, and ensuring both children receive plenty of attention, affection, and care throughout the day. Light housekeeping related to the children, such as washing bottles, tidying toys, or folding children’s laundry, would be appreciated. If you have previous childcare experience, excellent references, and a genuine passion for caring for young children, we would love to hear from you. First aid training is an advantage but is not essential.
