About this babysitting job
Hi! Our family is looking for a caring and attentive backup caregiver to watch our 7-month-old infant this *WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY* from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We are located in Uptown Charlotte. Mom will be working from home during care hours and will be available periodically to provide brief support and give the caregiver a short break. Our baby is generally happy when engaged by someone who is warm, patient, and fully attentive/ interactive. Wake windows are typically around two hours, during which they enjoy playing with rattles, teethers, and other age-appropriate toys. During the day, our infant will likely need two naps. The main challenge is around nap time, when they can occasionally become fussy and require a little extra patience and soothing to fall asleep. All bottles will be prepared in advance and will simply need to be warmed before feedings. No housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, or walks are required. The role is focused entirely on providing attentive, loving care for our baby. We're looking for someone reliable, nurturing, and comfortable caring for infants.
