About this babysitting job

Laid back yet engaged play time, he LOVES when we sing and write the alphabet and numbers (up to 20 max). He has plenty of toys to explore. We are working on sharing and boundaries so feel free to tell him when it is time to put something away and stick to it. 1 walk preferably in the backyard. Ensure he has water after walk and after nap. Nap can start at 1130 am - diaper change, wash hands, pants off, play "sleep sounds on apple music", turn the ac on (via the nest in the hallway), hold him and walk around until he sleeps then carefully lay him down only when he is knocked out or he will wake. Helps if you drape his little green blanket over him during the walk & rock. When he wakes -- diaper change, pants on, lunch time in the kitchen -- he's pretty independent but might require some floor clean up (we have an ant invasion) Then play time indoors and outdoors until I return! Keep him safe, hydrated, and pay attention to when he can play independently but always be ready to engage.
