About this babysitting job

we are looking for an experienced, dependable sitter to care for our two children, our 7-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter, at our home this thursday from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. this is a one-day, last-minute need due to an important work commitment and our regular childcare being unavailable. both children are friendly, energetic and comfortable with caregivers. the day would include preparing simple meals and snacks, playing indoors and outside, reading, helping with quiet time, and keeping them safe and engaged throughout the day. we will have food, activities and everything else you need ready. we are looking for someone who: • has strong experience caring for multiple children• is reliable, attentive and comfortable managing a full day• is patient, energetic and actively engages with children• is comfortable around a large, friendly family dog no driving or household cleaning is required beyond cleaning up after meals and activities. one parent will be approximately 75–80 minutes away but reachable throughout the day. we expect to return around 6:15–6:30 p.m. because this is a last-minute and very important booking, we are willing to pay a premium rate for the right caregiver. please respond with your availability, relevant experience and confirmation that you can commit to the full scheduled time.
