About this babysitting job
I’m Chris, my wife is Katie, and our daughter is Ava. We live in a 3-bedroom house in San Anselmo. Ava is 20 months old and very sweet, happy, active, and talkative. We will spend the first 30 minutes with you to show you the house and get to know you, while Ava gets comfortable with you, then Katie and I plan to go out to a local dinner to celebrate Katie’s birthday. We’ll have a meal prepared for Ava for you to feed her, and we’ll talk you through her bedtime routine. Bedtime routine is at 7, and she usually falls asleep between 7:30 and 8. Ava can be a little shy with strangers but warms up quickly and she will probably want you to play with her and read books with her. We also have a 12 year old Australian Shepherd mix named Rocko. Rocko is great with Ava, and he barks at the doorbell but otherwise warms up to strangers quickly, especially if you’re a dog person and you give him pets. We’ll be nearby in Marin, able to come home at a moment’s notice in case of something going wrong. We’ve never had to come home early for Ava’s sake yet, but want you to know just in case.Babysitting job details
