About this babysitting job

We are a family with two kids that did not experience leaving our little ones so far in the care of other people except family members. As we are moving into a phase where attending social events becomes the norm, we are looking forward to find a dedicated babysitter for our kids available for various occasions that our little ones can relate to easily. We understand the age difference may create difficulties and the initial language barrier can add to the first encounter trouble. As our kids will get more acostomed to these situations we are confident things will get smooth. Our daughter is very curious, so talking to her about everyday things and giving her objectives in the house will get her interest. The little one is in its crawling phase and food diversification. Food for the kids will be available so there is no cooking required, just feeding. Depending on the hours required for babysitting, getting the little one to bed may be required. TV time is possible but for limited time for our daughter. We also own a cat so we trully hope we can find someone not allergic to aninal fur.
