About this babysitting job
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable babysitter to help with our four children, ages 4–10, for occasional weekday and weekend babysitting. One of our children is autistic and can have significant dysregulation, including occasional physical aggression. We are specifically looking for someone who is calm, patient, and comfortable with de-escalation rather than becoming confrontational when a child is upset. Experience with autistic children, special education, behavioral support, respite, or similar work would be a big plus. Our other three children have typical babysitting needs. We’re looking for someone who can eventually feel comfortable caring for all four children and keeping everyone safe if our autistic child becomes dysregulated. We would ideally like to find someone we can get to know and use regularly rather than just for a single job.Babysitting job details
