We’re looking for an extra pair of hands to help my wife with our two kids, ages 2.5 years and 9 months, during the busy evening stretch. The main focus would be helping with dinner, play/cleanup, bath time, pajamas, and getting both kids through their bedtime routines. My wife would be home and actively involved, so this is less about independently managing both children and more about working alongside her—helping one child while she handles the other and making the evening run more smoothly. We’re looking for someone comfortable with both toddlers and babies who is warm, reliable, and happy to jump in wherever needed.
