"Every child you encounter is a divine appointment." —Wess Stafford Hi, I’m Tiffany! An optimistic, fun, and patient caregiver with a passion for working with children of all ages. I believe in fostering creativity, learning through play, and creating a nurturing environment filled with laughter and positivity. While we try to teach children about life, children teach us what life is all about. Why Choose Me? ✔Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certified ✔ Experienced & Trustworthy: As the eldest of three, caregiving has been second nature to me. With a 9-year age gap between my younger brother and me, I’ve helped guide him from toddlerhood through his teens—assisting with schoolwork, projects, activities, and transportation. My baby sister, now 3, keeps me on my toes, and I cherish every moment of it! ✔ Professional Childcare Background: Beyond babysitting for family and clients (ages 1.5+), I’ve worked as an after-school teacher’s assistant at Sunshine Learning Center (K-2) and Best Friends Learning Center (Grades 1-6). I also served as an administrative assistant at a children's art studio, where I helped kids (5+) explore their creativity. ✔ Pet Lover & Experienced Dog Walker: With over 12 years as a dedicated dog owner, I understand that pets are part of the family too! I also have hands-on experience dog-walking for clients, ensuring their furry companions receive the care, attention, and exercise they need. Education & Career: I studied at Arizona State University and currently work as a Realtor. While my professional path is in real estate, my love for working with children has remained a constant throughout my life. If you're looking for a reliable, engaging, and caring nanny who will treat your child like family, I’d love to connect! Let’s create wonderful memories together.

Hi, Families! My name is Lauren, and I’m excited to be joining UrbanSitter as a caregiver! While I’m new to the platform, I’m certainly not new to caring for children. In fact, when my own children were little, I relied on UrbanSitter to find trusted caregivers for my family. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to give back by supporting other families. I am a credentialed California teacher with the Cupertino Unified School District and have dedicated my career to helping children learn, grow, and thrive. Before becoming a classroom teacher, I owned and operated a licensed large family child care home for 10 years while raising my own two children. This has given me extensive experience caring for infants through school-age children in both home and educational settings. As both a teacher and caregiver, I create safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where children feel supported and parents have peace of mind. Whether it’s helping with homework, driving to activities, playing outside, creating crafts, reading together, or keeping bedtime routines on track, I bring patience, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm to every family I work with. I’m very active and love sports, outdoor adventures, and keeping kids engaged through play. I’m CPR certified and have health and safety training. I also have experience supporting children with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Down Syndrome. Every child is unique, and I take pride in meeting them where they are with kindness and encouragement. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with our own two children, exploring the outdoors, and spoiling our friendly little French Bulldog. I would be honored to earn your trust and provide exceptional care for your children. I can’t wait to meet your family!

Hello! My name is Holland, I'm 24, and I am a part time graduate student (Masters in Forensic Psychology) based in Brooklyn, NY. I have a passion for social justice, safety, and the wellbeing of vulnerable individuals in our communities. In my free time I love to bake, read, and spend time with my cat, Bunny! I would describe myself as communicative, patient, and organized. I love to make sure everyone is on the same page at all times and highly value a collaborative approach when working with families and care teams. I have experience working in both private childcare (toddlers through middle school age) and as a mentor/behavior coach at state agencies (elementary through high school ages). I also have experience working with neurodivergent kiddos, including profound (nonverbal) autism and intellectual disabilities. I understand each child has their own strengths and difficulties, and I do my absolute best to meet them where they're at and in a manner that will be supportive to them and their goals. I am very comfortable with home tasks such as cleaning, cooking, organization, and schedule management. I am open to a family assistant role that includes all of the above if necessary (rate increases to reflect responsibilities, at least $5/hr for non-child related cleaning/cooking). As I am in grad school, I'm looking for a family with some flexibility as my schedule is subject to change each semester. I'd love to connect and discuss the specifics of my experience and get to know you. Please let me know if you have any questions!
