$30 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Janiece, and I would love to help take care of your little ones. I have a genuine passion for working with kids and creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. With experience in teaching and a bilingual background in Spanish, I enjoy helping children learn and grow through play and engaging activities. I also love to sing, dance, and play dress-up—your kids and I are bound to have a blast unleashing our creativity! Whether we’re baking cookies, cooking up fun meals, or diving into a world of imagination, I’m all about making sure every moment is enjoyable and memorable. I used to work at the YMCA daycare and summer camp for three years. Going on explorations to the park, swimming classes, and other outdoor outings like movie theatre, and shopping runs. We would also have creative freedom time such as coloring, building, and science experiments. But would also stay in the facility working with newborns and toddlers. I then transitioned to helping high school students, helping with homework, and class work. I currently am an assistant art teacher. Helping with 3d art and sculpture. As well as creating schematics in architectural design. In some cases I also sit one on one helping students with presentations, papers, attire, and verbal communication. I’d be honored to support your family by bringing positivity, patience, and a touch of fun to your home.

Isabella $18 per hour for 1 child

Hello! I am a recent CSUF graduate with my B.S. in Marine Biology and was on full scholarship for cross country and track. I was involved in both athletic leadership and I am in the process of publishing my first research paper. I have been babysitting for toddlers and up ever since I was 12. I have also had dogs my whole life and I currently have cats and also had bearded dragons for several years so I can offer all the pet care! I also LOVE cleaning and organizing and have been doing yard work my whole life. I take playing outside and in creative ways with the children. I can also help tutor or sit down and read with them for a while. I do have my own car if any form of transportation is needed for grocery shopping, park time, etc. I am an open book and excited to meet you and your family!

Keauntra $25 per hour for 1 child

Hello. I have 10+ years working with kids from newborns to teenagers. I am also third oldest of seven kids, so some of that experience did come from watching my siblings growing up. I work in the food industry and have 14years experience. I have 2 elder dogs, they are a terrier mix that I had the opportunity of taking in as puppies (3-4 weeks,) they just turned 15 years, so I have experience with dogs, smaller dogs, but I love all dogs regardless. I mainly love baking and creating fun little treats but I do know my way around a kitchen as well. I’ve been a creative person my whole life, so both visual arts and performing arts are things I’m passionate about. I’m a very neat, organized and detail oriented person, so helping with household chores is something I can assist with as well. My fulltime job was affected by the LA fires (Jan. 2025) and I’ve yet to find another full time job to work in tandem with my part time job. I’m looking for something with a set schedule, and preferably something earlier in the day.

Ma. Chantal $35 per hour for 1 child

Hello! I am a professional educator currently working within the San Diego Unified School District as a TK teacher at a Mandarin immersion school. I have been in the education sector since 2007. I have a Master of Science degree in Education with a Concentration in Literacy and Reading. I am a single parent to a high schooler and a shih tzu. My Professional Background: Teaching experience: I started out my career as an educator as a Child Development Center Assistant then took on the role of an Independence Facilitator. I worked my way up to becoming a teacher while taking Child Development courses, and completing my master's degree as well as a Graduate Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. Specialized experience: I have had the privilege to work as a behavioral therapist (trained in ABA) for five years for private non-profit organizations. Foster care: I proudly served as a foster parent to children with special needs for eight years. My caregiving philosophy: I love being a teacher! It is my absolute pleasure watching young children grow, learn, and meet their developmental milestones. Inside the home, I bring the same organization, loving structure, and accountability that I use in my classroom. For example, I teach my 3-5 year old students how to be responsible by guiding them through routines such as cleaning up after themselves. I ensure every child receives equal and individualized attention tailored to their own unique personality. I love to read, cook, and bake. I enjoy talking with children about random things under the sun. It is my greatest joy to learn from them just as much as they learn from me. I am seeking a rewarding supplemental role and be productive during school breaks and in the afternoons or evenings when I have down time. I am comfortable working in homes with friendly dogs and cats. If you believe my educational background and experience align with your family's needs, I would love to connect!
