Hi! My name is Daragh, and I am a junior at Oregon State University studying mechanical engineering. I am currently available for childcare and household support services. I am originally from Portland, Oregon, and have been babysitting since I was 15 years old. I have experience caring for children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, and elementary-aged children. Hello, my name is Chloe! I grew up in Eugene, Oregon, and recently moved to Seattle after earning my bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Sciences and a post-baccalaureate in Communication Disorders and Sciences. I am currently pursuing a career in speech-language pathology because I am passionate about supporting children's growth, development, and communication. Working with children has always been the most rewarding part of my life. I currently work with toddlers at a Montessori daycare and have experience working in preschool and K-5 classrooms, including student teaching. I'm patient, dependable, and love incorporating art, imaginative play, and hands-on activities into my work.

Emma $30 per hour for 1 child

Hi there! I am currently looking for part-time babysitting work. I have a patchwork of experience, working with children from infancy to high-school aged. Most of that comes from working in childcare centers with children 0-4 years old and in after school programs. I have a degree in botany, and I love love love using outdoor spaces to let children explore and develop. While I have a variety of childhood development and psychology courses in my background, I am also continuing my early childhood development education so that I can plan activities to do with children that best fits their age and needs. My ideal care includes a lot of play and hands-on activities. Please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to meeting your family! Emma

Natalie $18 per hour for 1 child

Hello! I am a former 6-12th grade teacher going back to school for nursing. I am looking for occasional or part time work on the days that I don’t have classes. My formal experience with children includes teaching middle school and high school, as well as summer camp with preschool to middle school aged children, and as an educational assistant for a special needs program. Although it has been awhile since I officially offered childcare, I grew up taking care of four younger siblings as well as foster children. I did often babysit for families with multiple children of different ages throughout high school and am looking to start again. I am comfortable with children of all ages, and am happy to help with light household chores and pets if needed. As a former teacher, I have a lot of experience with lesson planning and engaging kids in science (and other subjects too) regardless of their age and I would be happy to implement this in any childcare position. Looking forward to connecting with you!
