$8 per hour for 1 child

Hi - My name is Alex and I'm currently working part-time at Living Christ Early Learning Center. I am offering occasional childcare and cat care. I love taking care of kids and have taken care of newborns, infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school agers on a regular basis since I started as a childcare volunteer in 2017. I can do it all with any child, from feeding, changing, and getting a baby to sleep to driving school aged children to and from extra curricular activities. I really love to drive all over as well. I can help around the house with mild cleaning, cooking, and cat care as well (I grew up with cats). While I have very little experience with dogs and haven't officially offered any kind of dog care, I am open for discussion on the matter if you are to ask. The most important thing to know about me is that I'm a devout follower of the Lord Jesus Christ! God has truly gifted me when it comes to children! I'm here because I want to meet a lot of new people and, most importantly, to show them the love of Christ by serving in any way I possibly can (most especially by taking care of His most precious little lambs). By the way, in case you didn't notice, I'm a guy! I'm grateful to God that I can be a positive male role model to children, which I believe there is an extreme shortage of in this society! If you're interested in my help, NEVER hesitate to call me at ‪[removed]‬ or message me. I'd love to get to know you and see how I can help you and your children as best as I can.

Experienced, Caring Babysitter with a Lifelong Love for Kids and Pets Hi there! My name is [Your Name], and I’ve been caring for kids since I was 11 years old—starting out as a neighborhood babysitter for families with little ones ranging from 6 months to 5 years old. I’ve looked after up to 3 children at a time and continued babysitting consistently through high school, always enjoying the energy, imagination, and honesty kids bring to life. After high school, I spent my summers as an overnight summer camp counselor—building on my skills in responsibility, safety, and creating fun, memorable experiences for children. During college, I continued to babysit on and off, maintaining that special connection to helping families and engaging with kids of all ages. I also absolutely love animals! I grew up with large-breed dogs like Labs and Golden Retrievers and now have a few four-legged (and scaly!) family members of my own. My first pet as an adult was a bearded dragon named Harold—he’s 14 now and still going strong! I’ve also had two amazing dogs: Gus, a French Bulldog who was perfect in every mischievous way, and Finley, a fun-loving Boxer who’s a proud toy destroyer, a dog’s dog, and a world-class snuggler. Whether you need a reliable sitter for your kids, someone who’s great with pets, or both—I’m here to help with warmth, patience, and a great sense of humor. I’d love to learn more about your family and how I can support you!

Hello, I'm Maddy! I'm originally from southern Illinois near St. Louis, MO but moved here to pursue a Biology, Society, and Environment degree at UMN. While in undergrad, I worked as a tour guide and eventually a supervisor in Admissions. I also loved my time as a tuba player in the marching band! After graduating this spring, I'm now pursing an M.Ed and teaching license, hoping to teach HS or MS biology! Experience with Kids: While I was in high school, I was a part-time babysitter for 2 lovely boys (9, 11) and a camp counselor at a theatre camp (ages 5-13). Between these two jobs, I made a lot of chicken fajitas and sang a lot of camp songs! In the past 4 years, I've gained more experience as an AVID tutor and assistant teacher at local middle schools. If your student needs some extra homework help, I am happy to assist! Experience with Pets: Living in the country, I've always had a few dogs or cats around...as well as cows, goats, and chickens! My mom trained as a vet tech and passed down a few emergency response techniques, a careful pet owner herself. I've done lots of overnight sitting in the past, and would be happy to watch over your furry/hairy/wooly/scale-y/feathery friends while you're out of town! Experience with Seniors: While in high school, I was a dietary aide at our local nursing home, working primarily in skilled care, rehabilitation, and memory care. Of course, I was only a dietary aide and didn't do any medicine administration or physical assistance, but if you're looking for someone to help with basic tasks and have some good conversation, that's my specialty! Special Notes: Disabilities - I am happy to learn about your dependent's disability and the ways I can accommodate, but I'd like to be transparent that it's not something I have experience in yet. My teacher education has covered the basics thus far, but I believe there is lots to learn outside of the classroom! Driving - My own car is not as dependable as I'd like, so I'd be uncomfortable driving around your dependent. If you'd like me to drive your car, I am perfectly comfortable! I spent a year driving at Papa John's and always scored top marks!

I have always been a natural born care giver. Growing up with a brother nine years younger than myself in a single parent household, I took on a lot of responsibilities at a young age. I also babysat for a number of families in our neighborhood. Caring for my brother, making meals and helping out around the house. In my adult life I have worked as a full time nanny for a family with two young boys, an area that I was of course quite familiar to me. I have also been a step mother. I love kids, and although I don't have any of my own (yet!) I have enjoyed being a part of my niece's and nephew's lives and those of my friend's children. I am a very creative person. I love to learn and explore. I went to the University of Minnesota studying fine art. I later became a pastry chef. I have a passion for food and cooking. I love to teach and have fun. I think that learning should be fun! I am easy going. I love to get outside and explore nature. I am always there to lend a listening ear, a hand to hold or a shoulder to cry on. People have told me that I am a very kind, and insightful person. Honesty and values are very important to me and I take that very seriously. If you choose to hire me, I will hold your children accountable with kindness. I do not believe in yelling. In fact I very much dislike it. If I sound like a good fit for you and yours please get in contact. Thanks!

I've grown up with children my entire life. I started babysitting through family then word of mouth traveled and I have been in a various MN babysitting companies. My experience is close knit, hands on, rooted in peace and genuine care. I have worked as a Direct Support Professional for varying ages (youngest 6, oldest 77) and needs. Through my work, I've been 250D certified, knowledgeable on MN Human Service laws, and worked with special needs clients. My performance includes providing attentive care, assisting with daily routines, and creating a positive environment where children can learn, play, and relax. I’m patient, observant, and calm under pressure, which helps me respond thoughtfully to each child’s needs. I understand the importance of structure, clear communication, and consistency, while also making sure kids feel heard and valued.
