I am a working professional with years of experience working with kids. From leading summer camps in NYC to professional experience at a daycare, I have done it all. Post-grad I was an English teacher in France for elementary students and Korea for middle school students. I am able to babysit in English, Korean, or French and am a fun-loving, energetic babysitter dedicated to providing quality care for your little ones!
Hello Families! My name is Christie. I am a caring, responsible babysitter based here in the Bay Area. I have experience working with children of different ages, including infants and toddlers, as well as experience caring for elderly individuals in their home and in facility settings. I truly enjoy working with young children and older adults and supporting their growth and developmental needs in a safe and loving environment. I am patient, organized, and attentive to each child's needs. I love reading, mathematics, and playing board games, card games, playing outside and walks. I am reliable, trustworthy, and BLS certified. I am committed to providing the best care possible and value open communication with parents to ensure we work together as a team.
Hello! I am in my fourth year of teaching as a 1st grade teacher. I have nearly ten years of experience nannying/babysitting for children ages newborn-13 years old. I have always loved working with children-- I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's of teaching from the University of Virginia.
Hi! I’m Amy, and I’ve been babysitting since high school. Working with kids has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I graduated from the University of Virginia, where I majored in Psychology and Spanish, and some of my favorite courses focused on infant and child development. I currently work for a school district, primarily with elementary school children, and also have experience as a medical assistant, which has strengthened my ability to stay calm, attentive, and organized while caring for others. I plan on returning to graduate school and am particularly interested in occupational therapy, as I’m passionate about helping children grow and thrive. Having a younger sister with a disability taught me patience, empathy, and how to connect with children of all abilities. I’m COVID vaccinated and comfortable helping with household tasks, meals, homework, and pets, and I’m very hands-on and attentive with kids. I’m available most evenings and weekends and enjoy building meaningful, lasting connections with children and their families.
