I have a degree in Psychology and previously worked as a Behavioral Interventionist, supporting children through floor play and ABA-based care. Hi! My name is Asiah, and I’m a proud graduate of Cal State East Bay with a degree in Sociology. My passion for working with children stems from being a big sister to five siblings — helping them grow and being someone they looked up to made me realize how much I love caring for and guiding young minds. Over the years, I’ve built hands-on experience in various child-centered environments, including daycares, elementary schools, and recreation centers. Since 2017, I’ve worked with UrbanSitter, building lasting relationships with families who continue to request me. I’ve supported children through daily routines, including meal prep, school drop-offs and pick-ups, homework help, and enrichment activities.
