My experience working with children started when I was in eighth grade when I started volunteering with Make A Splash, a nonprofit organization providing free swimming lessons to underserved children in the Bay Area. In high school, I dedicated over 400 hours to this organization, managing it and co-founding its fall and spring sessions. My love for spending time with children developed here, and since my junior year, I have babysat every summer.
