$22 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in San Francisco, CA

My name is Arrie and I just moved to the city to work for GAP, Inc! I have always loved working with kids of all ages, and I am looking to continue this work through my full time position. I don’t start until November, so I have lots of flexibility! I started working with kids as a gymnastic coach for ages 3-13. Additionally, I worked as a full time nanny for kids ages 3, 6, and 8. I am super active and excited to get to know you and your families!

“Can someone say BABY WHISPERER?!?! Our toddler (she's around the one year old mark) is spirited and spunky and all kinds of sweet rolled into one and Arrie is able to swoop on in and connect wholeheartedly. She takes her for walks, notices things that our toddler gravitates towards, has helped with meal times and bath time and is INCREDIBLE at story-time and play-time. She's also the only person (not even mum and dad) to have ever got our toddler to sleep downstairs in her play area - and we're still trying to figure out her top secret formula! We're going to miss her when she starts her new full-time role soon but hope she'll pop in for date-night or weekend care in future because she's a whole vibe and our toddler thinks so, too :)”

Hello Its Ayse, I’m 29 years old a caring, responsible, and positive person who truly enjoys spending time with children, discovering their world, and supporting their growth. Shanai 1 review
$30 per hour for 1 child

I’m a dependable and caring sitter and eldest daughter of 7 with over 4 years of hands-on nannying experience, caring for infants through children age 10. I’m patient, attentive, and safety-focused, while also making sure kids feel comfortable, engaged, and supported. In addition to childcare, I’ve also provided reliable dog and cat sitting, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets and maintaining households. I’m currently in school pursuing a nursing degree, which has strengthened my compassion, responsibility, and attention to detail. Families describe me as warm, organized, and trustworthy, and I take pride in creating a safe, positive environment for every family I work with. I look forward to supporting your family needs soon!

“Shanai has exceptional skill in care giving for young children as well as extensive experience. She has taken care of a wide range of ages of children in the neighborhood anywhere from infants to pre-teen ages. She has always been respectful of property and is extremely reliable and punctual. She follows directions well yet she is also able to incorporate fun and creativity when directly overseeing a child / children. Would definitely recommend her services - you won’t be disappointed. Not only will you continue to request her assistance, but will also recommend her to others as I have.”

Eva 1 review
$34 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in San Francisco, CA

Hello! My name is Eva and I am 25 years old. I was born and raised in San Francisco. I come from a big family with 7 siblings with several nieces and nephews and I began babysitting at a young age. I absolutely love being around kids because they bring so much joy and positive energy. For about 2 years, I worked with kids ranging from the ages 5-10 so I learned a lot within that time. I learned how to be patient with them but also having fun with them at the same time. They bring me so much happiness and I always have a good time with them. I also have experience with toddlers and infants. I worked at a daycare for about 1 year and I was usually alone with 4 babies for a while and then 8 toddlers at another time. With the babies I would watch them, feed them, and then put them down for a nap. With the toddlers I mainly watched them play and then fed them snack. I also have previous experience with 2 families that I connected with through UrbanSitter where I would pick the kids up from school, take them to after school activities, take them home, and feed them dinner. I have a love for kids and hope that I continue to work with them in the future. Thank you for taking your time to read this and I am more than happy to answer any questions. :)

“Eva has been taking care of my clients’ 14-month-old daughter on a part-time basis since February 2024. Her work has included feeding her, playing with her, driving her to and from Montessori daycare, light housekeeping (such as laundry, dishes, disinfecting toys), bedtime routine, and helping with the family dog. She traveled with the family both domestically and internationally and was such a big help to everyone! Eva listens carefully, takes direction seamlessly, and works proactively to identify and complete tasks. She is a good driver and can be trusted to adhere to parents’ expectations. She has an incredibly calm demeanor and maintains a positive attitude, even when she’s working long days or baby girl is fussy. We recommend Eva to anyone seeking a sitter. Thanks Eva!”

$25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in San Francisco, CA

Hi, my name is Min and was a teaching staff for many years. Currently I am looking for some part-time positions since my teaching hours were severely cut this year. I love to work with kids, and I worked as a nanny many years ago. Also I time to time help my friends with their babies or kids when they need help. I’ve worked with children of all ages back in my Country from infants to pre-teens, and I truly enjoy helping kids. I believe in creating a positive, structured, and fun environment for kids, and I’m always looking for ways to support their unique needs. I am very strong in math and Physics ( I teach Physics for many years in San Francisco), and I am also pretty good in house work: cooking especially make Asian style meals, cleaning etc. I love pets: dogs and cats. If you need my help, I will help you with sincere heart.

“Minh has been wonderful with my 3.5 year old daughter - very caring and fun - and also with our family dog. She's also been great helping me around our flat with laundry and neatening things up. Highly recommended! 🙌”

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
