I have experience working at an after school care program caring for TK-5th graders. I facilitated indoor and outdoor activities, coordinated snack time, monitored and assisted with homework and ensured safe, organized pick ups/drop offs. I also worked with teens that had special needs as a teacher’s assistant while in school. After high school, I cared for two kids (ages 2 and 4) for almost a year in their home while working towards my degree in child development. After that, I started caring for an 11 month old in her home. I would read to her, take her outside or to the park, feed her, and more. After she started school, I started watching a 9 month old and a 3 year old in their home, very similar to my other jobs.
