I am a 28 year old living In Marin County, CA for almost 10 years now. My first two years, I worked as an aupair and lived in Kentfield taking care of three girls - twins 5yo and one almost 2yo old. I have been working with kids since I was 16 and am comfortable with all ages, including infants. I’m am certified EMT by College of Marin and all ages CPR certified by AHA (American Heat Association). I speak English, Portuguese (My first language as, I’m from Brazil), basic Spanish and intermediate sign language. I am looking for occasional jobs. I have a current California drivers license with a clean record and a car to do pick up or drop offs at school or activities. Also I’m fully vaccinated. Hello all, I am a young Human Resources professional and have been working with children 10+ years. When I was a teen, I discovered that I had a tremendous passion for making kids laugh, learning how and why kids think the way they do, and simply being in a happy-spirited environment. My first babysitting job consisted of three children when I was only 15 years old. Yes, it was a handful but I learned to work around the unexpected interaction. Since then I was recommend to more than five different families, which is when I learned I could not use the same babysitting skill or routine for each family. Furthermore, as a psychology major, I have enhanced my leadership skills as a tutor in two educational programs: Coleman Leap and Next Generation Scholars. These programs have required me to help students (either ages seven to nine or eleven to sixteen) with doing homework, studying for tests, and playing recreational activities. I am a very kind, patient, and friendly babysitter; I try my best to interact with the kids and demonstrate respect.
