I have been babysitting for over a decade now. I recently moved to Colorado to pursue an ABSN program. I don’t start until May, after I finish my last class for my bachelor’s degree in Health Science. I also worked as a CNA for a while, but that experience showed me how much I truly prefer working with children. My goal is to become a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner one day. My mom ran an in-home daycare for about 10 years, which is where my love for caring for children really began. Over the years, I’ve cared for children from three different families, and I’ve had the opportunity to watch them grow up. Now that I’ve moved away, I’m excited to meet a new family and build that same kind of connection with them!
