“Tierra was one of my son's daycare teachers from when he was five months old until around 14 months old. He absolutely LOVED her, as did all the other children in the class from what I saw. The daycare was right next to my office so I would frequently visit during the day and had the opportunity to see how Tierra interacted with the babies. She was an excellent caretaker, even when the kids were young and not mobile so they required a lot of help. She was also very patient, which is of course necessary when dealing with infants and toddlers but not always easy to do. Better than just being good at caring FOR the babies, she also cared ABOUT them. She had funny nicknames for each child and always knew what to do or say to make them laugh. I would definitely recommend her as a babysitter!!”
