I am an artist with extensive service industry experience. In addition to yoga instruction, I am very passionate about both art therapy and health consciousness. I fell into Care-giving after my mum suffered a brain aneurysm rupture in March of 2020. My Pandemic experience was filled with aiding my brain damaged mother during every day tasks.
