Hi! I'm Michele, and I'm in the Chicago area for babysitting. I help with housekeeping, meal prep, school activities, outdoor fun, homework, newborn care, and more. I've worked with kids who have ADHD, autism, and Gestalt Language. I've got my CPR certification and background check done, and I'm happy to be seen if you'd like. I've also had some experience caring for children through Kiddie Corp, nannying, and tutoring reading. I love spending time with kids doing things like playing outside, learning new things, acting out stories, puzzles, crafts, and adventure walks. Most of all, I enjoy helping kids develop their minds in a safe and supportive space. The most important thing is making sure the child feels loved and safe, and that the family feels supported. I'd really enjoy building positive relationships with families in a caring environment. I am new to this app. But have been working for Care for 4 years :)

I am a full-time Teacher Assistant at a school, where I work closely with toddler age children to support their learning, routines, and emotional development. I also attend college, where I am continuing my education and building skills that strengthen my ability to work with families. Through my work experience as an assistant teacher and occasional babysitter for neighbors, I have gained hands-on experience providing care, structure, and patience while helping children feel safe, supported, and encouraged. I genuinely love caregiving because I enjoy building trusting relationships and being someone children and families can rely on. On a personal note, I am a very patient, responsible, and warm person who values kindness and consistency, and I take pride in creating a positive and nurturing environment wherever I work.
