I'm Binka, and I'm seeking a full-time nanny/babysitter position. For more than 30 years, I've been taking care of and teaching young children, especially toddlers. I'm confident I can help them develop and learn well. In my previous jobs at daycare centers, I always ensured that the children were learning things suitable for their age while also making sure they had fun. I have a good understanding of how children grow and learn. Both parents and colleagues have praised me for creating a safe and nurturing environment. I believe in keeping friendly and open communication with parents as a top priority. I hold a CDA (Child Development Associate) certificate, as well as CPR, First Aid, and Safe Sleep certifications. I am a dedicated mother of 6 children, ages 29-11 years. Children are a gift and a joy! They all have different needs and personalities. I like to encourage children to do for themselves according to age appropriate, ability, & experience; if they have been shown how. If you can tell me a little about your child and their needs, I will do my best to accommodate. I also have experience with seniors and once again, for them to do for themselves according to health and ability, to maintain as much independence as appropriately possible. Growing up in Westfield and graduating from Westfield High School in 2014, I have always been deeply connected to my community, especially through childcare. Throughout my childhood, I served as the neighborhood babysitter, gaining invaluable experience by working with children of all ages. My neighbors were foster parents, so I often assisted in caring for children with varying needs, including infants requiring specialized care, such as oxygen tanks and feeding tubes. This exposure gave me both the confidence and compassion necessary to handle diverse childcare situations. For the last 10 years, I have worked in the restaurant industry. While I learned a great deal about responsibility, customer service, and teamwork, I am now looking for a more fulfilling career path—one that brings me back to what I love: helping my local community and working closely with children. I find joy in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. In addition to my experience, I bring a strong sense of reliability. I don’t smoke or drink, and I have a dependable mode of transportation, ensuring I can consistently meet the needs of families in the Zionsville, Carmel, and Westfield areas. I am eager to return to child care and offer my skills, love, and attention to families seeking a trustworthy caregiver.

I’m a recent high school graduate and a certified CNA with a current CPR license. I have a diverse background in caregiving, with experience ranging from working with elderly patients to caring for newborns and toddlers. Childcare is something I truly love, I’ve been a nanny for several family friends and always enjoy playing with, teaching, and helping little ones grow. I’m also completely comfortable working in homes with pets, I have both a dog and a cat myself! I’m happy to help with light housekeeping, chores, and multitasking throughout the day.
